An intangible threat with no human face, climate change is too abstract, devastating and disparate to link into a cohesive, relatable narrative. This video trilogy offers a prophesied vision of Melbourne ravaged by climate change, seen through the perspective of young Melbournians predicted to be most affected. Through formal re-enactment, found footage and digital reconstruction, The Precise Moment I Gave Into The Impossible Weight Of Everything chronicles a fragmented timeline of our imminent future.
